Pennsylvania Fly Fishing

Pennsylvania has close to 83,000 miles of rivers and streams and plenty of lakes and ponds suitable for fly fishing. The diversity of these streams and rivers and still water fisheries presents anglers with endless Pennsylvania fly fishing opportunities. Consider that we have spring creeks rich in both biology and tradition, freestone creeks and rivers ranging in size from small trickles to big rivers like the Lehigh River, a full gamut of excellent wild trout fishing from those same small freestoners to the world famous Upper Delaware, bass fishing in an endless list of lakes and ponds and some great bass rivers like the Susquehanna River and Schuylkill River, Steelhead Alley, the list goes on and on. This page will serve as a hub for articles about Pennsylvania fly fishing.
